1. General Terms

This website and all services are managed by Siya Tours and Travels, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) under the Travel and Tourism category.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We provide cab booking services for Local, Outstation, Airport Transfers, and Sightseeing.
Once the booking is confirmed, the customer agrees to follow the payment, cancellation, and usage policies mentioned here.

2. Service Usage

• The kilometers are calculated from the pickup point to the drop point.
  
  

• Toll, parking, entry fees, and state taxes are to be paid by the customer.
  
  

• The driver will follow routes as per road safety and local transport laws.
  
  

• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities inside the cab are strictly prohibited.
  
  

• Customers must behave respectfully with the driver.
  
  

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  
  

• Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
  
  

• Remaining balance must be paid after the trip or as agreed.
  
  

• Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, and availability.
  
  

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 24 hours: Full refund.
  
  

• Cancellation within 24 hours: 25% charge applied.
  
  

• No refund if the customer is unavailable after driver arrival.
  
  

5. Vehicle & Driver Responsibility

• All vehicles are inspected and maintained regularly.
  
  

• In case of breakdown or emergency, an alternate vehicle will be provided (subject to availability).
  
  

• Siya Tours and Travels is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or government restrictions.
  
  

6. Customer Responsibility

• The customer must verify all details before confirming a booking.
  
  

• Any personal belongings left in the car are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

• Extra kilometers or waiting time will be charged additionally.
  
  

7. Legal & Dispute

• All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra.
  
  

• Siya Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
