we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every booking.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable and processed.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
Booking cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel.
Vehicle unavailable due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Trip cancelled by Siya Tours and Travels for operational reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
No-show at pickup location.
Incorrect travel date, time, or address entered by the customer.
Trip already started or completed.
Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
For third-party payment gateways, bank delays may occur.
A confirmation message or email will be sent once the refund is processed.
If only a part of the trip is completed or if the route changes due to unavoidable reasons,
a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable travel charges.
If any issue arises with refund processing,
customers can contact us directly with booking details for manual verification and resolution.
In case of natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions,
refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, after deducting necessary operational costs.
