we understand that travel plans can change.
This policy explains our rules regarding booking cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
Cancellation 24 hours before travel: 100% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 25% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the driver has already arrived and the customer cancels or is unavailable at the pickup point — no refund will be issued.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–5 working days.
In rare cases, Siya Tours and Travels may cancel a booking due to:
Vehicle breakdown or unavailability
Bad weather or natural disasters
Government restrictions or road closures
In such cases:
The customer will be notified immediately.
A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Customers can request to reschedule a trip at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Rescheduling will depend on vehicle availability.
Fare differences, if any, will apply as per updated rates.
Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer).
Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to reflect.
In case of third-party payment gateways, delays may occur due to bank processing.
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
Customer no-show at pickup location
Wrong date, time, or address entered during booking
Trip already started or completed
Misuse or violation of company policies
If a trip is cancelled due to unavoidable events like natural calamities,
political unrest, curfew, strikes, or government orders,
refunds will be made only after deducting operational expenses (if any).
